Grupo de Inteligência Artificial

The Artificial Intelligence research group from the Department of Automation and Systems Engineering (DAS-UFSC) has two main lines of research:

Machine learning
Investigate and develop models of artificial neural networks and machine learning methodologies that allow for increased efficiency, safety and autonomy of real-world systems.

Multiagent systems
Investigate the application of autonomous agents in solving complex problems. Develop models and tools that facilitate the application and verification of agent-based solutions.
